HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of task to support the daily operations of the HR department. Their duties include but are not limited to recruitment and the hiring/onboarding processes for company employees, engagement in performance management, and implementing, developing, and facilitating Learning and Development throughout the organization.
Designing and implementing learning & development plans
Assist managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and support of employees to continuously develop their skills in their field of work
Facilitates or provides learning and development (including orientation) to Company employees as well as tracks learning and development using our Learning Management System
Assists Managers with annual employee performance review process. Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
Assists in adherence to human resources policies and procedures
Assists HR Director and CFO & EVP of Administration with projects and assignments as needed
