The Company:

Burns & Scalo Roof Asset Management customizes Master Service Agreements (or MSAs) to national and regional clients - providing a one call resource for roofing, sheetmetal, and solar needs. We customize dedicated teams for large clients, hired exclusively to support this program, always responding to our clients at the first ring.

Our program operates from a cloud-based software that all of our roofing contractor partners use for inspections, service work (before & after photos), and project management. We call this software Masterkey; it’s the key that unlocks our client’s roof data through a client portal where clients can check-in on any of those items at any time (the information is updated in real time). This data is easily exported for budgeting reports. We provide annual roof asset portfolio reviews to get a high-level condition rooftop report, as well as equip our clients with budgeting data (repair vs. replace) for the next 20 years or lifetime of their roofs. Our existing service footprint spans nation-wide. We are always interested in adding contractors to our network, so long as they meet our stringent pre-qualification process.

The Position:

Burns & Scalo Roof Asset Management has an immediate need for a dedicated, customer service focused, and detail oriented General Manager. 


Job Responsibilities:

The General Manager is responsible for the following items:

  • Manage and direct roofing operations including service repairs and roof replacements for national accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new accounts. Take lead role in sales process for new accounts
  • Manage and direct nationwide contractor network
  • Prepare and submit service proposals and roof replacement bid packages
  • Effectively communicate with customers to maximize benefits for the roof asset management program.
  • Project management for roof replacement projects from conception to completion
  • Assist in the creation and manage annual budget
  • Manage and direct Assistant Account Manager in all aspects of position including ensuring correct invoicing for all completed services in a timely manner
  • Schedule all yearly roof inspections with clients and vendors
  • Review, price and finalize all roof inspection reports prior to presenting to clients
  • Contractor network recruiting and system training
  • Update status and process all required close out and warranty documents for completed projects

  • Ability to leverage technology and learn needed software

Preferred:

  • Roof industry experience
  • Ability to add sub-contractor partners to our national network, as needed
