Greeting visitors and guests – direct to appropriate person/meeting room.
Answer calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous manner.
Return customer calls or inquiries promptly.
Entering leads into computer system.
Receive incoming packages (UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon) and notify recipient.
Prepare outgoing packages as needed.
Control inventory relevant to reception area.
Update Tv Monitors with special guest/meeting information.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professionalism and pleasant demeanor
Minimum 2 years clerical experience.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Work and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task
Excellent people skills
