Job Description:

Reporting to a Field Supervisor, manage and assist roofing helpers on site. Other duties include using software to track time and documenting project status/progress using an iPhone with software applications. You will be responsible for understanding and adhering to all safety requirements and completing reports and other tasks as necessary.

Job Qualifications:
  • This role deals directly with our customers and works with autonomy; reliability is a must! Must have reliable transportation to various job site locations in the Pittsburgh, PA area
  • Ability to manage a job site effectively from crew to job site material resources
  • Five (5) years' experience and proficiency working with respective division’s Repair & Maintenance including the below systems
      • Commercial: Single-Ply, Fully adhered and mechanically fastened systems, TPO or EPDM
      • Residential: Singles, slate, tile, cedar shakes, gutters/downspouts
      • Sheet Metal: Standing Seam, flashing
  • Permissible background check including clean drug screen, valid driver's license, and references
  • Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds, stand/walk, pull, bend over, work on knees, use ladders and work at heights
  • Experience with smart phone a plus
  • Physically able to tolerate work outdoors at varying temperatures and work at heights
  • Possess customer care focus and have ability to professionally communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to operate a vehicle (requires valid driver’s license) and other construction equipment as needed
  • Bilingual language capabilities a plus
